Although these are unprecedented times, we’re confident our tech-savvy brokerage is prepared to take on the shifts happening in our local market. As always, we promise to be your guide throughout the entire real estate process, even if we have to perform our duties virtually. No matter the circumstances, the happiness and safety of our clients are a top priority.

  • Virtual Meeting

Let’s chat on the phone or have a virtual “meeting” via video communication to cover the listing steps, determine list price and date, needed improvements, and more. We’ll explain the most current regulations affecting the home selling process.

  • Listing Documents

Our Gabler Realty agents already use digital file-sharing programs and will send you the paperwork to safely electronically sign (e-sign). It’s safe, easy, free, and we’ll guide you throughout the process!

  • Preparing & Marketing Your Listing

We’ll provide staging advice and guidance on how to prepare your home for professional-quality photos and a video tour so your listing can hit the market strong. Our full-time marketing staff are pros at leveraging digital and social media marketing techniques to boost your online presence.

  • Virtual Showing Tours

We’ll collaborate with the buyer and their agent to arrange a virtual tour of the home via video technology.

  • Negotiations & Accepting a Offer

Don’t worry, it’s completely normal for this part of the process to happen 100% digitally. Our agents are already accustomed to this and will send you the paperwork to e-sign. As always, we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.
